Company representative overseeing the manufacturing of Valves, forgings and components at various sub-contractors in Italy for subsea installations.

Client representative overseeing the fabrication of PLETs, PLEMs, ILTs and PLRs for the Eldfisk and Tommeliten Project. Witnessing PQRs, welder qualifications. Welding inspection, painting inspection, executing FAT and SITs. Reviewing of all project procedures and as built documentation. Advising on fabrication sequences and assisting Contractor to complete the build. Witnessing pressure testing and flushing. Liaising with Company Representatives and attending Management Meetings. Reporting directly to Project Management.

Reviewing as-built documentation as part of the Life Time Quality Records for the fabrication of Hinkley Point Power Station.

Overseeing Quality for the Jacket Lifting System fabrication for the Pioneering Spirit vessel. Managing a team of 20 Quality Inspectors. Liaising with Contractors to ensure fabrications are per approved procedure and to Specification. Reviewing and approving of project quality documentation, ITP’s, procedures, work instructions ect. Overseeing the mechanical completion and outfitting of winches, pumps, valves, hydraulic pipe work, electrical rooms, sheaves. Reviewing of manufacturing record books. Vendor inspections at foundries for the manufacture of castings and forgings. Review and approval of all project materials. Overseeing qualification programs for both welding procedures and qualification of welders, including mechanical testing.

Turkey

Fabrication of a Stinger for offshore pipe lay vessel Solitaire. Welding inspection, coating inspection, point of contact for the Quality scope. Overseeing and witnessing of procedure and qualifications relating to welding. Reviewing of all quality documents for the project.

Welding inspection for a 5000t crane for the vessel Pioneering Spirit. Client inspection of all aspects and intervention points as per approved ITP.

Heusden, North Brabant, Netherlands

Quality Lead overseeing a team of QC inspectors for all the fabrication works for Allseas Fabrication Yard. Point of contact for all quality related issues for all projects awarded to the Company. Welding, coating, outfitting, mechanical, As-built documentation.
