In October 2019 promoted to Managing Director of the UK Insurance Division which combines all of our Property and Motor services. Primary remit is focused on the development and execution of a business turnaround strategy to transform the underperforming operations and establish a sustainable revenue growth and profit trajectory. Lead a workforce of 120 direct employees and manage a wide range of outsource partners based throughout the UK. Actively contribute as a member of the Executive Team to the group’s strategy planning around growth, M&A transactions, digital and technology solutions and people development.
