Scope of work encompassing civil and commercial projects ranging from Sound Transit light rail to military base infrastructure.

Duties included inspections on a wide range of projects including civil, commercial, and residential. Acquired additional certification for proprietary anchors and epoxy inspection.

Duties included various tasks in lab leading to ACI and Nuclear gauge certifications. Worked on Sound Transit and Port of Seattle projects, performing concrete testing and compaction testing. Drafted and submitted field reports to clients.

Duties included off-loading trucks, putting away materials, and building deliveries for various job sites all over the greater Seattle area.

Duties included off-loading, processing, and receiving materials from various suppliers and vendors. Communicated with contractors to set up deliveries and pickups and to address any issues with the materials in a timely professional manner. Coordinated transfers between other yards.

Jobs included a wide variety in the building and remodeling of residential and commercial structures. Mostly subcontract work which led to many extra jobs through referrals.

Duties included framing custom residential homes. Skills learned and performed included proper safe and efficient use of power tools such as nail gun, skill saw, drills, augers, front end loader, track hoe. Some projects included grading landscapes and pouring foundation walls and footings. Understanding of plans and how to execute.
