I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 18 years. I have held many positions in the industry including Buyer’s Agent, Transaction Coordinator, Director of Compliance, Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader, Sales Manager and Managing Broker. I have also been involved in many different niches within residential real estate including long term investment, short term investment, development, luxury and multi family. When I work with a client I bring a level of knowledge that few others in this industry have. This comes from the multiple positions and focuses I have had that all relate to the life cycle of the real estate contract. When I was a transaction coordinator I helped my agents close over 300 transactions a year. With this level of production I have seen countless issues and more importantly the best way to handle them for a positive outcome. Currently I am the managing broker of an office of 140+ real estate agents. There I found my true passion within the industry. I love helping, guiding and coaching agents reach their goals. People often ask me why I enjoy helping agents and offices as much as I do. I relate it to fly fishing. I am born and raised in Colorado. My dad had a fly fishing rod in my hands since I could walk. I have fly fished in almost every major river in Colorado and around the country. I enjoy fishing quite a bit. But when I take someone who is new to fly fishing out to a river and help them catch a fish, that is more fun for see, in order to catch a fish on a fly so many things have to go right. You must choose the right fly, tie the fly on the line correctly, cast in a “presentable” way, watch the fly, set the hook as to notes pull it out of the fishes mouth, fight it and finally land it. When I can help a fisher,and do that, that is my true joy. Helping real estate agents succeed brings me that kind of joy.
