In-house legal role for one of the nations largest credit unions encompassing all aspects of credit union's business including: contract/vendor management, contract negotiation and review, litigation/complaints, I/P, employment, mergers, legal-related training, and other general and industry-focused research and counsel.

Oversaw and managed 2 year effort to replace nearly all of CommunityAmerica's banking-related software systems including: core processing, accounting, teller, back office, and collections. Effort required more than 120 employees and consultants. Delivered project on schedule and nearly $1.5M under budget.

Managed IT consulting practice consisting of more than 70 consultants across multiple geographic locations. Focus on Microsoft and Cisco technologies - delivered custom application development and network infrastructure solutions primarily to mid-market clients.

Managed Year 2000 testing of bankcard software in Europe and Canada. Also tasked with development and testing of secure global, multi-currency bankcard software.
