Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.- Maintain documentation of client networks and systems. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.- Performs a variety of complicated tasks, and provide support for escalated trouble tickets.- Manage hardware and software of Servers (HP, IBM, Dell).- Installation, configuration and manage of Windows Server 2008 and 2012.- Installation, configuration and manage of Linux CentOS, Ubuntu and Vmware ESXi.- Support the network administrator, system administrator to ensure accurate, timely and efficient dispensation of IT related equipment, services and facilities.- Investigates issues related to game servers and switch.- Ensure that escalation installation, and configuration protocols are followed and executed properly to effect timely and accurate application of configuration and resolution of incident.- Assist in completing documentation of all assets in and out of the IDC.- Maintains and update a complete inventory of all company assets and resources related to infrastructure. - Immediate response to troubleshooting hardware and software problem in incident situations.- Coordinate with other Regional I.T. (SG, TH, MY) to discuss all project related requirements for new games.- Maintaining Cloud Base Server (HP 3PAR StoreServ, Private Cloud,)
