About John Wayne Mullins

Your Growth matters! What's it mean to be a leader? How do you take someone from here to there while correcting their beliefs or habits? I once had a coach who saw the potential in me. He inspired me by bringing out my best. At first, I just wanted to win. But what I failed to realize is that winning often results in a lot of losses. Getting good is a process of growth. Sometimes you win and sometimes you learn. It's those learning moments that bring out your best self. It's a process of continual growth and the minute you stop learning, you slow your growth. So back to my journey - I eventually achieved my goal. I had competed with some of the best athletes in my sport. Although I didn't come in first place, I had won so much more than I had imagined and it opened the door to me studying human potential and how to achieve my best self and apply these same skills and disciplines and apply to them to every area of my life. Leadership is a great responsibility. But sometimes, we need that outside perspective from someone who can give us a different view on what they see and help them see the blindspots getting in their way and provide some insight to better leading themselves and their team. If we're not willing to invest in ourselves by gaining greater awareness and clarity by practicing self-leadership and discipline, than we shouldn't be in the business of leading others. I work with my clients to gain the clarity they need so greater results can be achieved. My focus is on leading yourself first so you can lead others. If you’d like to talk more about how I can add value to you - let’s talk.I’d love to discuss how we can work together to create the focus you need so you can achieve the results you want.
