As Site HSE manager and CDM Coordinator I worked closely with the designers and engineers from Siemens.Reviewing and evaluating all subcontractors that were awarded contracts on site including civil and mechanical companies.• Developed and updated the construction phase health and safety plan throughout the project.• With the client and Siemens reviewed the risk register• Developed and delivered the site induction package to all employees• Coordinated a safety training with stop & take 2 program• Daily safety inspections around all phases of the project• Auditing of subcontractor’s safety standards and practices• General site safety, security & custodian of the site HSE files• Meetings with client, subcontractors and outside parties• Reviewed the subcontractors risk assessments and method statements• In the commissioning phase of the project I took on the role of PTW and training officer
