Foreclosure Property Receivership, Force LLC..... Working with attorneys representing HOA/COA and property managers. Objective was to eliminate expenses while simultaneously generating cash flow on specific properties within the association / community that qualify for our program. Examples of those properties are abandoned or vacant, bank owned, HOA foreclosed, and those that are rented where association dues or fees are not being paid. FPR Force is a Judicial Receiver working throughout Florida managing several hundred properties on behalf of our clients.
