This includes analysis of estimate build up, procurement engagement for specialist packages, operational and commercial risk mitigation measures, and proposed cashflow projection. ·Introduced regular reviews to maximise invoicing potential and to minimise project and contract WIP and debt exposure. Oversee regular quality and financial audits with the project and commercial team of contracts and higher risk profile projects to review progress, actual and potential commercial risks, and viable margin improvement opportunities.·Continuously improve the level of safety performance with reduction of Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) through implementation of improved management engagement.
