I manage National Guard military functions of the Joint Staff and joint military program operations throughout the state. I am the state’s senior federal full-time National Guard management official and serves as principal executive assistant and adviser to the Adjutant General. I oversee and manage a variety of joint staff programs, which include the development, execution, and evaluation of programs and policies pertaining to the command, control, operation and management of the Joint functions at State Headquarters level.

The position has responsibility for directing and managing all Mission Support programs and operations in support of the total base, to include tenant organizations and assigned geographically separated units. Serviced personnel include Military Technicians, Active Guard/Reserve personnel, Traditional Guard members, Non-Dual Status Technicians, employees of tenant organizations, state employees, and contract personnel• Maintain 100% wartime/contingency/Homeland Defense qualified personnel in support of world-wide operations • Executed $10m major building remodel, $1m IT upgrades
