I work with companies to grow their revenue using various methodologies. I look for ways to increase revenue streams by packaging what they already do into forms that are more easily accessed by individuals. Helping set up processes that enable growth to occur by streamlining what people do and creating SOPs so that the client can have the process be the same no matter who is performing the work. Helping clients simplify what they are doing. Many times clients want to overcomplicate the process because they feel like more steps equal a better process. Learn more about them via a questioning strategy. Working with the clients I have helped them align their actions and metrics to their KPI’s so they are actively measuring and rewarding the things they have said they want to achieve. I have also been fortunate enough to consult on the business side and showcase where they are financially and how they impact their business and the ROI from it.

Responsible for long-term planning and creating initiatives to achieve the company goals. I have helped move from a transactional experience to an integrated partnership. Helping identify potential problems for both the business and clients and identifying points of friction, then responding with solutions to maximize efficiency and a great deliverable result. Managing the company priorities and making changes and shifts as needed to ensure deliverability. Prioritizing projects for maximum revenue and impact to the company and client.

Design and build websites independently as well as with a team. Managing the team to accomplish the goals of the company. Creating project timelines and updating senior leadership by using our management software. Assuming complete responsibility for all website development projects. Keep deadlines and manage a team who also kept deadlines. Communicate with team and senior leadership. Ensure project manager is updated daily with the latest client status. Ensured that projects were completed before deadlines to ensure there was room for adjustments and unforeseen issues.

Built a site with a more customer focused UX in mind. Worked with Wordpress CMS to deliver messaging and handle the website build and blog. Managed messaging and design over multiple social media platforms, ensuring branding and messaging were congruent. Took responsibility for customer care and service over the phone, in person, and online. Answered phone, took product orders, managed inventory, and did a physical verification of inventory.
