Planning for On/Off site recruitment.• Developing and Implementing an Industry and region specific plan to achieve the goals. • Keep engaged with clients in case of any escalation and resolution. • New customer Acquisition in the payment Gateway and payout domains. • Participating in building the modern payments technology and banking infrastructure with the fastest growing Fintech companies globally. • Working with BFSI industry, NPCI and MasterCard and Visa for Certification.• Decision Maker for the price negotiation and order execution with Service Providers/Vendors/Clients on product requirement. • Handling Vendor Management or OEM’s to identify for the procurement team on the basis of projects and RFP’s and working on the best commercials.• Proposal preparation, RFP/RFQ’s – Documentation with TCO’s working and closing along with Participation in Online e-Bidding based on the proposal submission. • Driving Payment Industry for Credit, Debit, Prepaid cards issuance platform, EFT Switch, Channel Management, IMPS, NFS, ACS, FRM, Reconciliation and settlement etc., NPCI Products for digital Payments, Supporting UI/UX Mobile/Internet Banking.
