- Developed a national Community Investment fundraising strategy and led on identifying funding sources, advising team members on turning potential initiatives into credible innovative project designs that are most likely to secure funding in a competitive environment- Led and coordinated bid writing activity across the Community Investment team aimed at meeting a minimum annual target level of £2m. Submitted £20m in 2015-16 / achieved £14.7m (based on decisions to date). Bid success rate 2015-16: 87%.
