Test: Solely responsible and accountable for transitioning the Long Range Advanced Scout Surveillance System (LRAS3) Electro-Optical test environment from Raytheon in McKinney, TX. to both APG and Tobyhanna Army Depot. This includes creating a transition schedule, verifying test hardware, software written in C, C++, Ada and modifying, developing, designing and verifying test procedures. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating test equipment and emulators. After a dry run, a formal qualification test to verify 700+ requirements in the new SEC environment was performed 3 weeks ahead of schedule and 100% successful. Successfully performed JBCP/JCR interoperability testing. Analyze application specifications and design documents to determine test scenarios. Solely responsible for creating and modifying test procedures and testing new requirements as part of the year’s software maintenance development cycle. Develop, modify, perform and document unit, regression, integration and acceptance tests for new change requests. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations like Raytheon, Tobyhanna Army Depot and Program Manager Ground Sensors. Experience with 1553 data architecture, LabVIEW, NI LabWindows CVI, VMF messages, developing and modifying test plans and procedures, modifying requirements traceability and system requirements. Experience with failure analysis, troubleshooting and resolving successfully a number of software, hardware, communications/networking issues. Developing, modifying and verifying test hardware. IA\SA: Experience(3 months as a voluntary additional duty) with Retina, Gold Disk, STIGs, SCAP scanning, server user account maintenance, supporting process to obtain ATO. Participated in DIACAP C&A, vulnerability patching and troubleshooting, lab network maintenance and IA documentation as required for IA accreditation.
