Onboarding new clients by submitting applications and fund transfers to Brokerage Firm and/or Insurance Companies.

• Advanced user of a suite of business technology application products with a demonstrated balance of technical skills, business knowledge and subject matter expertise. • Application Support Analyst tasked with analyzing business problems and identifying technological solutions, as well as providing product knowledge/consulting, application support, application configuration and testing assistance/oversight. • Completes projects related to DST/Vendor product enhancements, maintenance, workflow implementing new client set-up, and other projects/efforts as necessary, including response to service outages and other system-related issues. • Responsible for providing consultative services related to business applications, including working with both internal and external clients, vendors and other technology/business partners. • Conducts technology-related research and maintains a high level of expertise in technical disciplines. (i.e. how the targeted applications are used both within the BFDS business areas and by our clients)• Partner with BTS (Business and Technology Solutions) and other resources for solution scoping/development, business analysis, process improvement and technology product enablement, and delivery of solution alternatives for review. • Provide expert technical advice on strategic initiatives addressing systems design, process analysis, and product integration requirements.• Utilize business knowledge and understanding of applications to troubleshoot and resolve issues. • Gather client requirements then implement and administer the applications required to meet the needs of incoming clients.• Prepare test scenarios, develop test scripts and complete baseline functionality, regression and enhancement testing for new releases of the product suite.
