The District Manager (DM) is responsible for meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets from the rental and/or sale of RSM products and services to Pain Management office and clinics and other related accounts in a defined territory. S/he develops strong relationships with key Pain Management physicians and their staff and maintains business with existing accounts while targeting new accounts for revenue growth. The District Manager is distinguished from the Patient Care Specialist (PCS) in that the DM is typically an experienced sales professional responsible for identifying account and physician sales targets and developing a sales plan in order to grow and maintain a minimum base business in a defined territory
