Construction activities spanned 3 of the 4 ½ year design duration, with parallel activities allowing on-time project performance while maintaining a fixed budget set at the project’s inception. Presented award winning project multiple times including at the National AREMA convention to a group of over 600 piers in the Railroad industry. Co-authored a technical article pertaining to all major aspects of Phases I, II, and III of the project.

 Assisted State and local governments with response and recovery operations regarding Hurricanes Rita and Katrina. Managed four regions including 40 project officers for the multiple applicants including New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (NORTA), Jefferson Parish, Kenner, Grand Isle, and other incorporated applicants throughout Louisiana. Project size varied from $40k to over $30 million. Facilitated resolution of disaster related issues and ensured efficient and expeditious funding of recovery projects through the help of developing trust with our clients (Mayors, Police Chiefs, Public Works Directors)
