In my role as a Principal Consultant at OEE Consulting (later to become Gobeyond Partners) I continue to help clients deliver on their transformation programmes and putting the customer at the heart of their day to day operations. I have lead a number of project workstreams with a combination of permanent and associate resources and continued to develop long-term client relationships.

Whilst at OEE I combined the knowledge and foundation gained from a big four consultancy firm with the sheer breadth of experience sitting within a specialist operations organisation. Helping clients predominantly in retail banking, insurance and property development sectors enable their strategies, drive transformation initiatives and focus resources on adding customer values were some of the core values we lived every day.

Further developed Strategy Enablement, Operating Model, Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement skills when working with clients across Financial Services, Healthcare and Industrial Product sectors.

Kickstarting my career in consulting, my time as an associate involved a two year rotation across Business Strategy, Operations, Finance and Technology consulting and exposed me to a broad range of industries, from Media and Telecommunications through to Healthcare, Industrial Products and Financial Services.

Founder and Director of an equestrian events company. Headline tournament, the Platypus Open, featured 160 players and seven key sponsors. The event took place over a three day period and involved the organisation, planning, marketing and budgeting of the event as well as the management of 30 event staff.
