Prepare electronic files for print and large format output using Adobe CS, Adobe Acrobat, Mimaki and Rasterbalaster softwares. Imposition electronic files using Fuji XMF software and PC based hotfolders. Maintain and calibrate Epson Proofers using EFI Fiery software.

Manage day to day operations of 601 Direct's Prepress department. Schedule and traffic all jobs in for production. Plan all new jobs for specification prior to production including size, layout measurements, colors, and any special finishing needs including die cuts, perforations and scores. Generate artwork and calculate cut specifications for any special types of dies including tamarack dies, kluge foil stamping dies, magnetic press dies and flexo-press rotary dies. QC final proofs as well as final plates to the presses. Attend press checks with various clients on new and existing projects to insure quality control standards are being met. Order and maintain inventory of all Prepress Department materials including paper, inks, metal plates, chemicals and misc. supplies. Operate and maintain Kodak Magnus 400 plate setter using Kodak Xpo and Prinergy Evo software. Maintain and create new workflows using Esko Artworks Nexus servers. Prepare files for print using Adobe CS and Quark

Lead Operator for Anhueser Busch print ad division. Also worked as Mac operator on high end POS projects for AB, John Deere, Spiegel, Victoria Secrets, Montgomery Ward and FIngerhut. Traveled and assisted in workflow setup and overflow for new in-house facilities.
