One of nine nationally elected board members of the Guild of Carillonneurs in North America. The GCNA is a professional organization dedicated to the promotion of the carillon art in North America. As such, its membership includes performers, bellfounders, carillon builders, and carillon enthusiasts of all kinds. The Guild operates an examination process which establishes criteria for professional carillonneurs and recognizes those who meet these criteria. In furtherance of its goals, the Guild has established a scholarship program, operates both a composition competition and a commissioning program for new music, and carries out a wide variety of other activities through its committees.
