My duties at Octane Seating include the logistics involved in delivery (domestic), and return of Octane Seating equipment marked for sale, repairs, exchanges, or account reimbursement. This includes shipping using multiple platforms such as NetSuite, Office, and other shipping & receiving applications. My experience at Octane also includes the navigation and operation of business-to-business sales platforms by and with our partners such as Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, Wayfair, and Best Buy. This includes full involvement in the sales, returns, reimbursement, and customer interaction process. Also in my sphere of duties are warranty management and the dispatch of service technicians to end-users and customers as needed when repair options become more viable than exchanges or returns. The whole of my experience at Octane involves constant communication with people that maintains positive interactions and outcomes even in the most adverse scenarios and situations.

My duties at Appion Inc. included the logistics involved in shipping, receiving, process management, and return of Appion equipment marked for sale, repairs, exchanges, or account reimbursement. This included shipping using multiple platforms such as Netsuite, Odoo, Fishbowl, Office Suite, and other shipping & receiving applications. My experience at Appion also included the service and repair of refrigerant recovery systems, including supervising the receiving process (as broken machines come in), reception, tier placement, and identification (determining the extent of repair needed and cueing the machines in order of priority), and repaired machine shipping (preparation for ground shipping with various couriers or will-call).

I worked full-time as a contract graphic artist. Everything including banner design, visual display art, signage graphics, business cards, and comic book illustration.

Duties include teaching secondary-level courses: Art I, Art II, English IV (including reading, writing, grammar, and literature) and Senior Bible (including comparative worldviews). Responsibilities include creation and implementation of weekly lesson plans and instructions that meet or exceed state and local academic requirements for secondary level students.

Position required aptitude for troubleshooting errors, and making as complete an installation as possible to avoid or minimize customer issues.
