Starting with Ray Britland Contractors at 16 for a Summer position I was able to return yearly to coincide with my Studies and soon became Machine Operator, Supervisor, Contracts Manager and Operations Manager which I have held since 2019 after coming full time to the company in 2012.This role has allowed me to gain strong knowledge in Team ManagementProject Planning Machine OperationsCustomer and Client liaisonsProblem SolvingEffective Financial SolutionsMachine Logistics Which has led me too and enabled me to hold the position I have to date. I am goal oriented and a quick decision maker, skills that have allowed me to apply my knowledge to any task at hand. One of the main things I enjoy about Landscaping is seeing the end result.
