I started as an associate and was promoted as soon as was possible (company policy)due to understanding of the industry with thanks to the training I received and myperformance.Duties Include; This was a 360 recruitment role, meaning I was tasked with the fullrecruitment process. Basically most if not all of what is involved with running a marketing company primarily telemarketing for finance companies.
