Guidely is a platform that connects learners with expert guides who provide personalized feedback and coaching on various topics.In my role, I’ve been involved in various aspects of product development and management, from conducting customer discovery and surveys, to monitoring and reporting key performance indicators, to experimenting with prompt engineering tools like ChatGPT and Google Bard. Some of my notable achievements include achieving a 94% retention rate, surpassing our 40% product/market fit target, boosting user referrals by 67%, and creating engaging content for our social media channels. I’ve also been responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service, ensuring that our users have a positive and satisfying experience with our products and services.I thrive in environments where I can learn new things, juggle multiple responsibilities, and collaborate with diverse and talented teams.
