John Willard is a Food Service professional with over thirty years of experience in various sectors.  Originally serving in the operations field with a background in hotels, chain ops, and full-service restaurants, holding responsibilities ranging from GM, F&B Manager, and Regional Manager.  John moved his career into the sales arena after 15 years of operations where he has worked his way through various positions from street sales, District Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Sales and currently Sr Vice President of Sales.  John is passionate about leadership and serving the people he works with. His collaborative style and straight forward approach have earned the respect of peers and industry talents alike. He is active in several volunteer boards such as his local HOA, IL Rest. Assoc. Ed. Foundation,  DECA and local swim and racket club, serving in several capacities. His mantra leads his passions and states “building equity in relationships serves as the cornerstone of a solid career!”
