Experienced leder currently in a Senior level role in Trasnformation having been a leading part of design and implementation of an Oracle Fusion planning system delivery.I have previously, in various roles, led delivery of Group FP&A MI Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting for Exco and Board, working with and influencing Senior Stakeholders. This has covered all aspects of a Group FP&A role including working with Investor Relations, Treasury, Risk, Strategy and M&A.I have worked much of the last 20 years in a change environment in a fast paced growing company and have been involved with numerous integrations and system implementations with experience across a number of platforms. A pragmatic problem-solving nature has helped me to sustain high levels of perfomance in pressured delivery situations.An interest in puzzles and processess has helped me develop strong analytical skills and a lateral thinking approach to solutions where required. A breadth of understanding across end finance user requirements for multiple stakeholder levels and a knowledge of finance data and flows through systems together with an understanding of how those solutions are designed/structured enables me to link across Finance teams and Finance systems to deliver solutuons.
