I am someone who enjoys challenging myself and I am always working to learn new skills. As a student, I worked diligently to receive my graduate degree just a year after finishing undergraduate studies.In the workforce, I have consistently risen to a position of team leadership within months of arrival. In my first position as a PV Designer II at Tesla, I was able to become the most proficient designer on my team and 3rd most in the entire west coast division within 5 short months.I have worked in the field of renewable energy and sustainability my whole career, but was able to take on a new challenge as a PV Design Team Lead at Freedom Solar Power. Most notably, I excelled at creating new documentation and tools to improve the output and efficiency of our department. The position also helped me gain experience training new hires and interacting with other department heads to create comprehensive and effective processes throughout the company.I am ready for my next challenge in renewable energy. I know that I am capable not only in design and management duties, but I have a track record of improving systems to achieve a higher level of efficiency. And efficiency is the key to sustainability.
