I am a BMW Group Certified Service Manager and have over 20 years of aftersales experience in different dealerships and with different prestige brands. I am target driven and like to lead by example in my role, and I am a strong communicator on all levels. I am self-motivated and work well on my own, but I love building a team to work with me. I am also proactive and use my initiative to find common sense approaches to solving problems.In my most recent position I went into a Service Department with a poor CSI score and raised this to one of the highest in our dealer group. I did this by implementing systems and procedures to ensure the service we provided was as good at we could make it, and by training the team to work in a different way with a different mindset. At the same time we also improved our financial performance, and my staff turnover was the lowest in group.Prior to that I was a Workshop Manager for a large car dealership and lead a team of Technicians and Apprentices. Again, I made a positive difference to the department, and improved the productivity of the workshop and actively contributed to the performance of the dealership.
