Inbound Supply ChainDevelop and create infrastructure for inbound transportation from REDCATS USA indirect (domestic) vendors to its multiple fulfillment centers. Negotiate pricing for all modes including Less than Truckload; Truckload; UPS Hundred Weight; and Small Pak shipping where applicable. Completed a national pricing agreement with an LTL carrier securing over $200,000 in savings for REDCATS USA and its multiple fulfillment centers (brands) nationwide.Domestic Distribution and Customer ServiceResponsible for daily distribution of approximately 90,000 packages daily direct to consumer (B2C). Work with both USPS and UPS as primary partner carriers to establish and meet customer delivery commitments. Collaborate to find opportunities within their delivery networks as well as with our internal distribution processes to improve overall performance.Metrics Reporting and AnalysisCreate monthly reporting tools to document efficiency; cost; performance; and overall quality of our domestic carrier base.
