Developing online training courses for the operations, maintenance, safety and environmental groups.

Was part of a team who arrived at a newly contructed ethanol facilties at the later stages of construction. Developed punch lists to assist the construction group to meet deadlines.Set up DCS control points, alarms, and tuning parameters during factory acceptance tests off and on site.Instructed operators about the ethanol process and the specifics of their site. Assisted in the start up of the operation until contractual obligations were met. Was the lead for operations in Hereford, Tx during the construction of the 1/4 billion dollar ethanol project. Also involved with the start up team on projects in Kansas, Illinois, Georgia, New York, California, and Texas.

Worked in the CCR-Alky division as an operator. The unit consisted of CCR, Diesel Hydrotreaters, Gas Oil Hydrotreater, Alky, and Hydrogen Unit. Worked as a field operator in all of the units and as a console operator a majority of my time spent in this unit.

The surface mining operation (Potash) was capable of milling 700 TPH of Langmanite potash. Experience included the Team Leader (Lead Operator) of the Lang Plant. Set up a training program in cooperation with the local college (NMSU-C) to assist in helping in the transition to the DCS system.
