Sprayer Assembly• I worked with my supervisor to develop and document assembly processes for a future sprayer product using engineering drawings and Pro-E/ Team Center 3D models (in reference with the current assembly process).• The majority of my time was spent developing Standard Operating Sequence (SOS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for current and future tasks using Assembly Planner.• I helped develop time standards and used NVAA analysis to optimize and balance line locations.• I worked with suppliers and the tool room to procure/develop assembly fixtures and lifting devices.• I defined requirements, implemented, and troubleshot software (Assembly Planner) that was new to the plant.
