Trunkline Superintendent
Current►Manage and supervising shore based activities for the Trunkline Shore Pull at Chevrons Wheatstone Project. Scope of work included. Mobilisation and preparations on site (Deliveries, Mark out working area, Erecting work cranes, Installing ground anchor, Installing pull-in equipment).Trunkline shore pull (Remove Micro-tunnel bulkhead, Running messenger wire, Pull-in trunkline, Hydro test of trunkline, Grouting of 165m section).Demobilisation pull-in equipment and site-reinstatement (Demobilisation pull-in equipment, Demobilisation work cranes, Remove ground anchor, Reinstatement of terrain).► Collaborated and coordinated with the Superintendent and Project Manager to actively review the plans generated to ensure they are logical, realistic and achievable; checked that all work was completed as scheduled adhering to quality & safety standards and customer requirements; completed time confirmations for works completed; participated in workplace performance reviews and developed action plans to achieve improvement; ensured monitoring tools such as KPIs and other standard measures were utilised to improve work processes; planning and organizing, JSA's, work permits and ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements.► Ensuring all works carried out as per company/clients requirements; maintaining all equipment in good working conditions at all times; overseeing and recording of all inspecting and testing as per company/clients requirements; reporting and reviewing all non-conformances (Red Line and As Built drawings); ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.► Liaised with Engineers and reported to Senior Management; ordered, recorded and reviewed all incoming and out-going stock and parts needed; managed the relationship with the Client, and liaised with Engineers, Draftsman and various Trade Contractors.
