Wheatstone Project

►Manage and supervising shore based activities for the Trunkline Shore Pull at Chevrons Wheatstone Project. Scope of work included. Mobilisation and preparations on site (Deliveries, Mark out working area, Erecting work cranes, Installing ground anchor, Installing pull-in equipment).Trunkline shore pull (Remove Micro-tunnel bulkhead, Running messenger wire, Pull-in trunkline, Hydro test of trunkline, Grouting of 165m section).Demobilisation pull-in equipment and site-reinstatement (Demobilisation pull-in equipment, Demobilisation work cranes, Remove ground anchor, Reinstatement of terrain).► Collaborated and coordinated with the Superintendent and Project Manager to actively review the plans generated to ensure they are logical, realistic and achievable; checked that all work was completed as scheduled adhering to quality & safety standards and customer requirements; completed time confirmations for works completed; participated in workplace performance reviews and developed action plans to achieve improvement; ensured monitoring tools such as KPIs and other standard measures were utilised to improve work processes; planning and organizing, JSA's, work permits and ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements.► Ensuring all works carried out as per company/clients requirements; maintaining all equipment in good working conditions at all times; overseeing and recording of all inspecting and testing as per company/clients requirements; reporting and reviewing all non-conformances (Red Line and As Built drawings); ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.► Liaised with Engineers and reported to Senior Management; ordered, recorded and reviewed all incoming and out-going stock and parts needed; managed the relationship with the Client, and liaised with Engineers, Draftsman and various Trade Contractors.

Fmg Solomon Mine

► Managing and supervising Engineering, Procurement & Construction works (EPC) and pre-commissioning of Fortescue's King's Ore and Firetail Ore Processing Facilities at the Solomon Mine, with a project value of $660 million; scope includes Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Electrical (SMPE) works. ► Ensuring all works carried out as per company/clients requirements; maintaining all equipment in good working conditions at all times; overseeing and recording of all inspecting and testing as per company/clients requirements; reporting and reviewing all non-conformances (Red Line and As Built drawings); ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times. ► Adherence to and active promotion of company QA/QC requirements and all OHS&E systems; liaising with senior management and engineers; ordering, recording and reviewing all incoming/out-going stock and parts needed; delivery of progress updates to planning and scheduling crew; planning and organizing, JSA's, work permits and ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements.

Christmas Creek

► Responsible for the day to day running and planning of the mining mobile fleet at Christmas Creek heavy vehicles maintenance facilities workshop. Project value $3 billion over 5yrs; provided supervision to achieve the objective of maximizing throughput of the Mobile plants (including replacement strategies) and ensuring an optimum utilisation of resources. ► Executed the Shutdown plan for the smooth execution of Shutdowns in conjunction with the Shutdown Coordinator, Contractors and the Planning department, and other stakeholders; maintained and built knowledge and understanding of the costs of maintenance; assisted the Superintendent with budget and cost control processes by managing the day-to-day costs within agreed levels and reporting on overruns and underruns. ► Collaborated and coordinated with the Superintendent and Workshop Manager to actively review the plans generated to ensure they are logical, realistic and achievable; checked that all work was completed as scheduled adhering to quality & safety standards and customer requirements; completed time confirmations for works completed; participated in workplace performance reviews and developed action plans to achieve improvement; ensured monitoring tools such as KPIs and other standard measures were utilised to improve workshop and shutdown processes.

Mandurah/ Bunbury

Provided supervision and management of the construction and installation of various mechanical services projects in the Bunbury Region, with project values between 5 and 15 Million. Projects included: ✔ Woolworths Abattoirs (Gas, Water, Power, Air Conditioning) ✔ Bunbury Art Gallery (Power and Air Conditioning) ✔ Centro Forum Bunbury (Water Treatment, Gas, Air Conditioning) ✔ Bunbury Cathedral (Air Conditioning) ► Responsible for making sure all works were carried out as per company and client requirements; reported and reviewed all non-conformances; actively promoted and ensured adherence to company QA/QC policies and OHS&E systems; ensured safety standards are maintained at all times. ► Liaised with Engineers and reported to Senior Management; ordered, recorded and reviewed all incoming and out-going stock and parts needed; managed the relationship with the Client, and liaised with Engineers, Draftsman, Builders and various Trade Contractors.

Perth

► Supervising a team of 10 to 20 tradespeople (Boilermakers and Fitters) hired out to various companies including Cape, UGL, Monadelphous, and AGC on a labour hire arrangement; projects included site shut downs, installations and construction of milling, processing and crushing equipment, throughout the Pilbra and South-West Regions.

Port Hedland

► Monadelphous was responsible for supplying and installing two new transfer stations and one new complete conveyor necessary to BHP Billiton Port Headland Iron Ore to increase the port’s ore handling capability. The contract included the supply and installation of concrete foundations for the upgrade, structural steel, plate work and other mechanical equipment, as well as detailed drawings and excavation works, Contract Value = 17million. Projects included: ✔ RGP3 (Rapid Growth Project 3) increased capacity by constructing new yards with two stackers and reclaimers, then installing new conveyors from the yards to the ship loader via a new sample station. It also included the upgrade of the Port’s Infrastructure with New Conveyors from the Screen house to the new Sample Station. Contract Value= 600million. ✔ RGP4 – Rapid Growth Project 4 - RGP4 works created a larger handling capacity at Port Hedland. The contract scope involved an upgrade of existing conveyors, the replacement of conveyor drives and idlers, and the refurbishment of pulleys. ► Coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews; planning and organising JSA's, work permits and ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements; monitor works to ensure project objectives are met contractually and to Monadelphous standards; ensuring compliance for quality, production and the environment; purchasing and equipment coordination; and delivery of progress updates to planning and scheduling crew.
