With over 30 years of experience in IT operations, project management, and customer success, I am currently the Director of Information Technology for Ardmore Enterprises, a community-based support organization providing support to people with intellectual disabilities. I hold certifications in ITIL and MOF and have extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies and enterprise software.In that role, I lead a team of consultants and support staff to deliver high-quality IT solutions in support of the Ardmore mission. I have successfully managed projects valued at more than $15 million, including complex cloud deployments, security assessments, network infrastructure design, and accessibility enhancements. I have also developed and implemented intellectual properties, marketing strategies, and best practices to support customer service deliveries and satisfaction.
