I am currently leading the operations of Washington Mills, a global leader in abrasive materials and fused mineral products.I am passionate about solving problems and engaging teams, leveraging my skills in process improvement, operational excellence, and cost reduction. I have worked for domestic and foreign multi-national companies and have travelled the world to partner with commercial and R&D groups, as well as customers and suppliers. I have successfully led LEAN/World Class Manufacturing change initiatives at multiple sites, realizing significant improvements in workplace health and safety, yield, quality, and profitability. I have also demonstrated strengths in people management, labor relations, strategic planning, and product industrialization.
