KidStrong is a science-based kids training program designed to help parents raise strong, confident, high-character kids.We coach specifically using methods that focus on character, physical, and brain development to empower kids to learn and move more effectively.

Here at MindOne Mechanics,We primarily work with young athletes and individuals to teach athleticism and reduce injury.However, we also assist many others in their fitness journey with in-person training as well as nutrition and body recovery assistance!

Overall patient care including, but is not limited to patient hygiene, taking vitals, ensuring patient safety, bed mobility, transfers.

Cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms and common areas via disinfectant chemicals. Waste management and hazardous material handling.

Floor care and refurbishing regarding, scrubbing, waxing, polishing, and carpet care. Use of scrubbing machines, disinfectant chemicals, harsh chemicals, and wax.
