My role at NBCF primarily focused on rebuilding and maintaining team stability to ensure seamless processing of mail donation income, provide high level of donor care through multiple channels, data entry accuracy and improve team performance. Introducing new procedures, documenting procedure manuals, individual team member training and upskilling, resulted in increased volume output across all areas of the team.

Within the position held at Barnardos Australia I was responsible for not only the key responsibilities of my previous position, but have also taken on a management and leadership role of the entire Donors Services Team. I managed a team of four with occasional fluctuation in temporary staff during peak appeal times. The team is responsible for the processing of all public income, all record keeping and management of data as well as the production of data lists and analytical reports.

This position held at Barnardos was implemented during a significant period of acquisition growth for the organization. I was responsible for building an automated donor journey and building critical reporting for donor reporting. During this period I was responsible for the Donor Data Analyst as well as the management and administration of the database. Key responsibilities were database management, database growth, data integrity, database improvements, data requirements, develop and maintain processes, Raisers Edge training, supporter journey and team support.
