Acted as General Manager for a fast-casual pizza restaurant concept. It went from inception to a multi-store, $1.5M projected annual revenue business in under 18 months. Was able to develop 18 employees into leadership positions in the company. Managed every aspect of the customer and employee experiences, resulting in under 10% annual employee turnover and over 400 5-star reviews across multiple platforms.

I was part of a team of 31 Account Executives that provided sales support to over 250 Call Centers globally. I was responsible for analyzing gaps, preparing and presenting solutions to leadership, and delivering content to maximize call center results. Received 100% “Extremely Satisfied” feedback for the duration of the role. I managed dozens of projects at all stages including planning, organizing, delivering, and ongoing support. This included Leadership Tactics, Sales and Retention trainings, and numerous other specialized support projects.

I managed sales performances, employee engagement, and business development of 3 retail locations. I was able to develop a reputation of creating great cultures and high sales attainments from my teams. Through this, I was tasked with "fixing" poor performing retail locations. During my time in this role, I was able to engage and inspire 2 bottom ranked locations to become top 10 stores in the SE region out of over 750 retail locations. I was recognized with several national awards as a result.

I managed a territory of 24 National Retail and Authorized Retail locations, specifically focused on their wireline and home entertainment quotas. I worked with the Best Buy, Walmart, Radio Shack, and Target regional offices to develop plans to enhance results among their locations. My territory realized an average of 21% annual growth throughout my tenure.

I worked with a team of sellers to design and sell complex network/software/hardware solutions to companies with between $500k and $1M annual IT budgets. My average quota attainment was 120% and I won the Q2 2007 National Sales Representative for my results.
