New equipment sales were up 11% from 2022 to 2023.Managing & Marketing the Vespoli story via online socials (@vespoliusa) with over 12.2K followers. Communicating, negotiating and partnering with past, current and future customers on rowing equipment acquisition and resale.Servicing and repairing equipment on site.Transporting and delivering new boats for sale and demonstration.

I was the lead coach for Boys Varsity Team. I managed the physiological and technical training for 40 athletes, ages 13-19 in the sport of competitive, Olympic-style rowing. Training takes place in 3-hour sessions, weekday afternoons and Sunday mornings. I designed a year-long curriculum/training plans that break down by season (Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring) and by week and day. Our competitions are regional to the Southwest, and occasionally at the national-level. While facilitating the competitive and physiological growth of the athletes, I also actively engaged in their personal development. I aided in college guidance, and balancing the load between academic and athletics. The team grew from 24 to over 40 athletes, and in 2022 they earned a silver medal at the USRowing National Championships in the Four without Coxswain.

Head Coach for NCAA Division 1 women's rowing team. I led the team at every level, from training and competition, to budget management and administration. I led student/athlete recruiting efforts to the university for rowing. I led team fundraising initiatives, alumni relations, and managed events from home competitions to alumni gatherings. , I also facilitated the hiring and management of assistant coaches. I also helped coordinate all community service opportunities. I also managed and provided content for the teams twitter and Instagram accounts. In my time there, I grew the program from 5 to 27 athletes and fund-raised close to $100,000 in new equipment for the team. I served as the athletics representative to Santa Clara University staff senate from 2014-2016.

I managed club rowing team of 30+ athletes for the University of Rhode Island. I led all training and competition efforts. I managed the budget and administration for the team. I also was responsible for the management of the men's boathouse, a ~4000 square foot facility. While there I grew the team from approximately 16 to 30 athletes, helped secure funding new boats and equipment, and led the team to its first ever ACRA medal (Bronze VM4+).

Led the boys varsity team through summer training and racing at Canadian Henley.

Assistant Coach for NCAA Division 1 Women's Rowing team. I was principally responsible for the training and competitiveness of freshmen and novice crews. I also helped extensively with the recruitment of student/athletes from all over the country. While there I recruited over 5 eights of scholarship and experienced walk-on athletes. I built from scratch an MS Access database for recruits that held thousands of recruits. I also helped organize and manage a summer rowing camp for junior girls.

While facilitating the competitive and physiological growth of the athletes, I also actively engaged in their personal development. I helped with college guidance, and balancing the load between academic and athletics. While there I was able to grow the team from 12 to 20 athletes, and brought their first ever boys crews to the USRowing youth national championships (2004 - 4x and 1x).

I functioned as the liaison between sales, finance and the E-Board for sales forecasting and analytics. I principally managed an expansive spreadsheet/workbook that tied predictive sales forecasts (based on data from regional sales VPs) to real time revenue data generated from the finance department (based on 30 and 90-day billing cycles). I also managed the calculation of sales commissions for the entire sales department, and balanced marketing spend against revenue for specific P&L calculation.

Assistant Coach for EARC and IRA Men's Varsity Rowing team. I was principally responsible for the training and competitiveness of junior varsity and freshmen crews. While in this role I built and managed a team website from scratch with an internal team section that held team training data. I also managed the community-oriented summer-rec rowing program.

I conceptualized, researched and wrote market research reports on enterprise software market trends. Engaged in primary research with industry professionals to identify and develop industry trends.

Software sales and support via call center. Fielded 100 plus calls daily, plus offered administrative support for regional sales VPs.
