Training takes place in 3-hour sessions, weekday afternoons and Sunday mornings. I designed a year-long curriculum/training plans that break down by season (Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring) and by week and day. Our competitions are regional to the Southwest, and occasionally at the national-level. While facilitating the competitive and physiological growth of the athletes, I also actively engaged in their personal development. I aided in college guidance, and balancing the load between academic and athletics. The team grew from 24 to over 40 athletes, and in 2022 they earned a silver medal at the USRowing National Championships in the Four without Coxswain.
