I am first and foremost a change agent; a big-picture thinker who is able to connect dots, bring teams together, and find new ways of working for the best possible outcomes. For me, change begins with the value of keeping the customer first, a value I learned firsthand throughout my 26 years at Cisco in sales and leadership positions.  Currently, as the SVP of Cisco’s Global Sales Strategy Planning and Operations, I’m focused on optimizing sales processes to improve speed and efficiency and aligning our team of ~18k sellers to growth opportunities to drive $50B+ in revenue (HW, Services, SW and SaaS). With a deep understanding of the market and customer needs, I evolve go-to-market models that help Cisco deliver exceptional value to customers in an increasingly competitive landscape. Prior to this role, I served as SVP of Global Renewals, where I built, enabled, and mobilized an organization of 1000+ Renewal Managers, Specialists and Business Development Managers responsible for generating billions in recurring revenue and increasing renewal rates. Throughout my career in Sales and CX, I have a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth and developing high performance teams. I am fueled by inspiration, whether receiving it from others or paying it forward to my teams.
