Currently, as the SVP of Cisco’s Global Sales Strategy Planning and Operations, I’m focused on optimizing sales processes to improve speed and efficiency and aligning our team of ~18k sellers to growth opportunities to drive $50B+ in revenue (HW, Services, SW and SaaS). With a deep understanding of the market and customer needs, I evolve go-to-market models that help Cisco deliver exceptional value to customers in an increasingly competitive landscape. Prior to this role, I served as SVP of Global Renewals, where I built, enabled, and mobilized an organization of 1000+ Renewal Managers, Specialists and Business Development Managers responsible for generating billions in recurring revenue and increasing renewal rates. Throughout my career in Sales and CX, I have a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth and developing high performance teams. I am fueled by inspiration, whether receiving it from others or paying it forward to my teams.
