Mr. Yang is a founding Partner of GaiaTech, and a Subject Matter Expert in site investigation, remediation, compliance, environmental liability evaluation. Responsible for RPS GaiaTech's Site Investigation & Remediation Department. Actively involved in and managed environmental compliance, data collection, analysis and presentation of ESG and emission projects. Designing, implementing and managing characterization investigation, remediation, wastewater treatment, compliance and vapor intrusion.Mr. Yang is also active in project evaluation, execution and strategy for buyers, investors, lenders and attorneys in mergers, acquisitions, new development, and divestitures. Environmental due diligence, compliance, and EHS programs with various manufacturing clients in China, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and other international locations.

A principal environmental geologist expert in contaminant characterization, fate and transport, risk-based remediation and site closure. Responsible for overall quality and risk management of the Site Investigation & Remediation Department. Designed, installed, or managed various remedial systems such as in-situ bioremediation, chemical oxidation treatment, air sparing & soil vapor extraction system, and free product recovery systems. Managed environmental compliance, air emission and ESG projects. Worked with various state and Federal programs including RCRA, CERCLA, LUST, Dry Cleaners Cleanup Program, Brownfields and VCP.
