• Implemented digital forms to automate data collection, workflow approval, and processing for functions such as annual FBT lodgements.
• Developed an enterprise costing model that enabled transparency with budgeting, client services costings, strategic tender pricing & for auditing objectives.Significantly improved Staff engagement and Customer Services.

• As the Business Partner to the COO of this NSW State Government Agency, I consistently delivered annual budgets of $1.5+ billion to within 0.7% of target, year on year through leading its Business planning, budgeting.

• Services Performance metrics: service levels, volumes etc.
• Collaborative evaluations of costing & pricing models to incentivise and optimise “Whole of Government” objectives.
