I am also responsible for controlling waste products. I perform this by being knowledgeable of batch cooking products and cooking less, more frequently to suit the demands of the restaurant. This maintains efficiency which can be adapted to other situations in other working environments. My role at subway heavily involves cash handling, banking, stock replenishment and count, my focus on the weekly profit of the store shows my determination to further improve the reputation and sales of the store. Although other members of staff are responsible for a particular shift, I remain acting as a manager to help my colleagues during their shifts when busy which projects my willingness and self-pride to thrive the store forward.
