STUDIO MANAGERI am the team leader of the Australia Post internal Creative Studio. As a team of 7 people, we designed and produced both internal and external facing creative. From large scale advertising campaigns to running internal livestream events (and everything in between).We work in tandem with our external advertising agencies sharing creative and making sure that every campaign was completed on-time and to and an extremely high standard.I am responsible for resource management and keeping projects on track and running smoothly.This involves Enterprise work requests, amend tracking, document management and time tracking.My role ensures incoming work is assigned to the right people at the right time.

PRODUCER I work as the senior video producer within the internal Studio team at Australia Post overseeing the production of films and short videos. My finished artist background and a strong attention to detail lends itself perfectly to my producer role.I liaise with the director and scriptwriter to ensure their vision is portrayed exactly the way they want. I plan and schedule all facets of video production, this ensures everyone is where they need to be – at the right time – so the whole process runs as seamlessly as possible.

DESIGNER I developed and launched Observant's new brand identity across all marketing collateral and was responsible for Observant's new tagline implementation. I designed and created new sales brochures, product packaging, data sheets, user guides, technical notes and exhibition point of sale. I was solely responsible for Observant's overall brand identity and created guidelines that I made sure were adhered to across all print, web and television applications.IN-HOUSE IT I was in-house IT support for Observant managing the local network and fibre internet connection as well as printers, upgrading mac workstations and administrator for Observant's Google Apps for Work services. This involved managing user accounts, Google Drive and our in-house security system.

SENIOR FINISHED ARTIST I have contributed to the success of a varied range of projects including launching a brand campaign for the Melbourne Storm and the Melbourne Renegades, initial creation and amendments of Australian Red Cross magazine adverts and style guides, product brochures for Nissan car ranges and Speed Queen washing machines, and large format outdoor for Places Victoria. I worked in a team, translating the initial hand drawn or mac'd up design scamps through into print ready artwork whilst making amendments and adhering to strict corporate guidelines.IT MANAGEROrganised FUEL's office relocation to new premises. Created and project managed the new network cabling design, floor plan and studio workstation installation. Regular tasks included managing the day-to-day issues with studio Macs, operating systems and Adobe CC software and general maintenance for inhouse large format Xerox printers and scanners. Instigated filing and backup conventions still used by FUEL today.

STUDIO MANAGERTogether with the IT manager, I helped organise MRM METEORITE's office relocation to new premises. Physically setup and installed the new studio network. Regular tasks included managing the day-to-day running of studio Macs workstations, Mac Xserve and Adobe software including general maintenance on an inhouse large format Xerox printer.HEAD OF ARTWORKThis role was essentially a traffic manager whilst also doing my share of the finished art. I was given projects by the Creative Services manager and I briefed the jobs into a team of finished artists. I then managed each project from creation though to amends, created the final PDF and released the artwork.SENIOR FINISHED ARTISTDuring my 5 years at METEORITE I worked both autonomously and in a large creative team, creating print ready artwork from concepts and making amendments. I worked on many campaigns including all of Homebases' instore POS, product sales catalogues, TV supers and local area marketing. I've artworked style guides, press ads and stationery for Jumeirah luxury hotels. As well as numerous items of packaging for Blackberry and Nokia mobile phones.
