 Execute standards to meet safety, financial, quality, and operational objectives on a shift basis ensuring excellence in delivery for Etihad Airways. Working professionally with all internal and external stakeholders at the airport, equity partner airlines, local authorities, ground handlers. Deliver the Etihad vision for world-class guest experience delivery on shift through successful implementation of plans, policies, and procedures to deliver world-class best in class service levels delivery for Etihad Airways and Etihad Aviation Partner flights.

 Monitor flight delays compare with ETD's and follow up everyone's readiness such as loading is over availability of TOW TUG. Watch flights holding PAX on board for a long period. Monitoring flight operational activities through GMC, VHF radio, AODB&VDGS in case any irregularities call the concerned parties such as GHA, Apron, AOCC. Monitoring the accuracy of FIDS data and communicate with AOCC in case of any Discrepancies. Monitor the availability and serviceability of resources such as PBB, baggage belt, and coordinate with the AOCC, APRON, or BHS. Monitor the availability of systems such as AODB.FIDS, VDGS and report any issue immediately to the IMC and relevant business unit.
