Had led Wallem Group’s ship management safety section as departmental head and Manager: overseeing entire ship management centers and key hubs across Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany and India. I am an experienced Marine professional with a consistent record of accomplishment for successfully implementing the Company’s Safety Management System, creating framework for compliance with statutory requirements; developing safety and loss prevention measures. I specialize in operational aspects of cargo operations; navigational requirements and I have developed effective means to optimize safety and performance. I have over 28 years of operational experience on shore and on board. Having worked as a Master mariner, Marine Superintendent with the responsibility of (DPA & CSO) and worked as Manager of Marine Safety, Quality and Risk, I have full understanding of marine operations.I have been recognized as a potential future leader by our company’s top management therefore nominated for Management Foundation Programme by MDS.I strongly believe in team work and taking ownership of action and results. My motivation comes from results that are produced by overcoming challenges. I have a keen sense of pride for my profession and I use combination of communication, engagement, analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills to get to the results. I have expertise in leading multinational teams under constraints, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good understanding of human dynamics.
