John's experience cuts across a full range of industries and disciplines and continents. He has worked around the world developing media and marketing programs for international, national, regional and local clients. His management expertise and his creativity has been rewarded with over 150 awards and election to a number of organization boards. John's work spans the range of media marketing, strategic alliance marketing, loyalty program development, trade incentives, promotion fulfillment, event marketing and sweepstakes management. A frequent speaker at conferences and for corporations and associations across the country, John was a professor of Sports & Entertainment Marketing at NYU for ten years. He is past Chairman of the Brand Activation Association (PMA) and is also the founding chairman of the Agency Council of CTAM. John has been inducted into the exclusive Cable Pioneers, recognizing his contributions to the industry as the only inductee who has never worked for a cable company, technology company or cable network. A member of the Media Advisory Board of the Paley Center and a mentor to scores of young entrepreneurs, John is also a partner in ADLarge Media, the country's leading independent radio and podcasting ad sales firm. John is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and a native of the Washington, DC area but has been a New Yorker for over 30 years.
