Responsible for commercial activities and management for NGS services in Southeast Asia areas.•Responsible for the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue target to maximize NovogeneAIT’s profitability;•Work closely with CEO and management team to develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive sustainable business expansion;•Responsible for providing accurate forecasting and ensuring a healthy pipeline of opportunities to grow NovogeneAIT’s business and generate sales;•Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to sales team & distributors to ensure the achievement of their respective revenue target;•Prepare and provide regular business reviews and presentations to the senior management team;•Develop and nurture relationship with key industry leaders to enhance NovogeneAIT’s position in the market;•Effectively create and manage large scale, complex contracts negotiations to maximize NovogeneAIT’s success in these deals;•Collaborate with various stakeholders and other support teams to ensure successful execution of our customers’ projects;•Lead the marketing efforts to improve NovogeneAIT’s brand awareness, generate leads and build up a healthy opportunity pipelineRecruit, lead, motivate and develop the commercial team to drive long term sustainable success for NovogeneAIT.
