Engineered, designed and launched the first $500k Multimedia Center to support the entire Buckley AFB with 4,000 member workforce. Hired, trained and managed 9 photographers and 6 graphic artists with accountability for the production of all video, photography, graphic design, and marketing collateral. In a highly competitive selection process, hired to manage a team of 23 military and civilian direct reports in the production of imagery for the President, Vice President and White House staff into digital content for media release, Presidential libraries, Library of Congress and National archives. For the sole photography production center for the entire White House, developed strategy and directed the migration from analog to digital photography expediting editing, retrieval, and production.Served as a Change Agent in training staff and leading migration into emerging technology, a major industry innovation.
