Afghanistan

As senior advisor to Provincial Reconstruction Team Commander, planned and executed Information Operations campaign for Kapisa Province, Afghanistan. Excelled in civil affairs duties in support of Afghan provincial and district governance, development, and security informing 360K population.Documented 300+ missions shaping public opinion via local, national, and international press outlets. Significantly reduced insurgent capabilities by bolstering public confidence of Kapisa government. Served as mission commander for 31 civil-military convoy missions guiding 60 projects to completion at $54.3M.

Colorado Springs, Colorado Area

Promoted to manage all aspects of operations at the Network and Security Operations Center with accountability for cyber operations, information assurance, teleconferencing, video production with 35 direct reports and total team of up to 218 in 6 functional areas at 9 operation locations worldwide. In a rapidly-evolving technology environment during Iraqi Freedom with significant military budget restrictions, integrated, streamlined and optimized policies, procedures and workflow in fast-paced, unpredictable environment. Managed 70-member team that delivered a $1.2M project on-time and within-budget migrating 1,000 NORAD users to an integrated new network reducing down time 21% and annual costs by $200k.

Engineered, designed and launched the first $500k Multimedia Center to support the entire Buckley AFB with 4,000 member workforce. Hired, trained and managed 9 photographers and 6 graphic artists with accountability for the production of all video, photography, graphic design, and marketing collateral. Maintained oversight for a $203k annual budget.Wrote the 5-year funding plan that was approved in a highly competitive process.Project managed the on-time and within-budget delivery of a $750k building renovation.1 of 9 Air Force wide in career field for the Communications & Information Professional of the Year.

In a highly competitive selection process, hired to manage a team of 23 military and civilian direct reports in the production of imagery for the President, Vice President and White House staff into digital content for media release, Presidential libraries, Library of Congress and National archives. For the sole photography production center for the entire White House, developed strategy and directed the migration from analog to digital photography expediting editing, retrieval, and production.Served as a Change Agent in training staff and leading migration into emerging technology, a major industry innovation.
