i am resposibillities at western forest products is to manage a crew of 50 people and insure they are skilled in there jobs they are doing .i look after all our cutting programs in the sawmill and set up all our machine centers . for which cutting programs we are on. instruct all employees on our cutting programs to make sure we are making the right products out of each log. i am responsibale for all training employees and all employees safety to make sure they have been trained on aspects of there jobs from lock out to all hazards of there jobs to make sure they go home the same way they came to work.
